cookware meets the most exacting standards. If you have any problems
with your cookware, please contact us at our toll-free number or
by e-mail. We'll respond to your questions promptly. If a pan is
found defective during the first year of ownership, we'll send a
replacement pan and a call tag for the old pan to your home. All
you need to do is take the new pan out of the box, put the old one
in, seal the box (we even send the packing tape) and send it back
from your front door.
PLUS, KitchenAid®
cookware carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This means we'll replace
or repair pans found defective in material or workmanship under
normal use following our use and care instructions. This excludes
incidental or consequential damages or damages caused by accident,
misuse, or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations
are normal.
