Grill Pans The raised lines on the bottom of our grill pans give food appealing grill marks and texture. Our stainless steel grill pan does not have a nonstick coating. This gives grilled foods more pronounced grill marks and a crunchier texture to the marks compared to foods cooked in a nonstick grill pan. The Hi*Density Hard-Anodized Clad grill pan features a DuPont Autograph® nonstick surface. This makes it much easier to clean than a grill pan without nonstick.
